Patrick Boylan, President and Chief Executive Officer
Patrick guides the strategic direction and general management of Intellilink . He has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in strategy development, business restructuring, and change management, spanning numerous vertical industries and global markets. As both a strategy consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and a senior corporate executive, Patrick has led large scale enterprise change initiatives. He has authored articles and thought pieces that have been published around the world and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of NSW Sydney, a post graduate degree in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Fumiko Kondo, Managing Director
Fumiko directs the overall management and performance of all Intellilink client engagements. She has more than 20 years of experience managing large scale systems implementation and process redesign projects. Fumiko’s experience spans numerous industries including; advertising, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, government & financial services, where she has worked extensively with companies to optimize internal processes and effectively implement and manage change. Prior to Intellilink, she spent several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, before taking a management role within the Client Services group of a leading PSA software company. Fumiko holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia University.
